Emergency contact updates

How to manage and update a worker's emergency contact information.

In an emergency, knowing who to contact back home is critical. Wyamate stores emergency contact details directly in each OFW's profile. When a critical issue arises via WhatsApp, the system can automatically display these contact details to your Welfare Officer.

To update emergency contact details: 1. Go to the Workers tab, search for the worker, and open their profile. 2. The profile is ready to be edited immediately. 3. Go to the Emergency Contact section. 4. Click Update or Add Emergency Contact and fill in the name, relationship, and contact number. 5. Save your changes.

Workers can also request to update their own emergency contact details by tapping the "I need to update info" button in their scheduled WhatsApp message.
