1. Welcome to Wyamate
Wyamate is a digital welfare monitoring system for licensed Philippine agencies. We automate welfare check-in messages to help agencies maintain regular contact with their deployed workers and track their welfare status.
How Wyamate Works
- Sends templated WhatsApp messages for various worker journey points:
- Pre-departure
- Arrival
- Contract Start
- 30-Day Post-Start
- Monthly Check-ins
- Contract Renewal
- Logs all replies for compliance tracking
- Agency-side tool (not a replacement for DMW's Kumusta Kabayan initiative)
Global Accessibility
- All traffic is text-based, functioning in countries with WhatsApp voice/video restrictions (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)
- For countries where WhatsApp is fully blocked (e.g., Iran), manual follow-ups are required
- Structured compliance infrastructure: no worker logins, no manual calendars, automated scheduled welfare monitoring
2. Who Can Use Wyamate
Wyamate is designed for licensed Philippine recruitment agencies.
User Confirmations
Upon signup, you confirm that you:
- Are authorized to monitor welfare on behalf of a licensed agency
- Will use Wyamate solely for post-deployment compliance
- Will not use the platform for tracking, marketing, or unrelated profiling
3. Accounts and Access
User Management
- Agency admins assign user logins to team members with role-based permissions
- Available roles: Admin, Welfare Officer, Manager, Staff
- Users must:
- Use real names and valid credentials
- Keep login details secure
- Not impersonate or share access with third parties
Worker Access
Workers do not create accounts or log into Wyamate. All messages are sent via WhatsApp.
Worker Consent
Under Philippine Data Privacy Act 2012:
- Workers must provide informed acknowledgment before receiving welfare messages
- Agencies must document consent in employment contracts or obtain retroactive consent for deployed workers
- Wyamate provides tools to log and timestamp worker acknowledgment
- All consent procedures comply with informed consent requirements

Worker Interaction
- Workers can reply using buttons, free text, or any language
- Workers can send images or documents when reporting problems or updating information
- Agencies respond only when a reply indicates a problem, critical issue, or information update
- Agency responses can include text, images, or documents to help resolve issues
- Agency replies must be sent within 24 hours to avoid additional messaging costs
5. Plans, Pricing, and Overage Rates
Paid Plans
Wyamate Alaga Plan
- PHP 6,000/month
- Covers up to 500 OFWs
- Overage: PHP 12 per OFW/month above 500
Wyamate Bantay Plan
- PHP 18,000/month
- Covers 1,501 to 2,000 OFWs
- Overage: PHP 9 per OFW/month above 2,000
Plan Inclusions
All plans include:
- Six structured templates
- Automated scheduling
- Reply logging
- Daily welfare digest
- Multi-user team access
Billing
- Monthly billing cycle
- Fees are non-refundable
- Cancellation possible before the next cycle
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All payments are final once a billing period begins
- Cancellation possible before the next cycle
- No refunds for partial-month use or unused message volume
7. Data Use and Privacy
Data Ownership
- Agency owns all uploaded data
- Wyamate does not share, resell, or repurpose worker data
- No GPS, app tracking, or device metadata collected
- All worker replies stored as plain text or uploaded documents/images

8. Document Sharing and Reply Handling
Worker Capabilities
- Reply via buttons, free text, or upload images/documents
- Wyamate automatically tags replies for agency follow-up
Agency Response
- Agencies respond only when an issue or critical problem is raised
- Agencies can send follow-up documents or images via WhatsApp
9. What You Can't Do
Prohibited Actions
- Misuse data for advertising, surveillance, or unrelated profiling
- Reverse engineer the software
- Circumvent response logic or falsify logs
- Access worker data without proper authority
10. Termination
Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts for:
- Violation of terms
- Using Wyamate in a way that harms workers or breaches data law
- Failure to pay on time
Notification
We will notify you before suspension unless urgent action is required.
11. Jurisdiction and Disputes
- Disputes will be resolved under Philippine law and jurisdiction
- We prioritize resolving concerns through dialogue
