How to set up your Wyamate account to start monitoring your OFWs.

Welcome to Wyamate. Our platform gives your agency automated WhatsApp welfare messages and clear dashboard alerts so you can easily manage your compliance obligations without manual spreadsheets.

Getting started takes about 30 minutes. Here is what you need to do: 1. Join the Pilot Program: Complete our quick onboarding form with your agency details to start your free 30-day trial. 2. Add your Welfare Officers: Invite your team members so they can log in and manage their assigned workers. 3. Upload your OFWs: Add your workers to the system. You can do this one by one or import them in bulk via CSV.

Once you upload your workers and set their deployment dates, Wyamate automatically schedules and sends their welfare messages at exactly the right time. Your fast, timestamped welfare record starts immediately.
