  • Arrival Check-in: Sent shortly after landing to verify safe arrival.
  • Day 1 Employment Check-in: Sent the day after they start work.
  • 30-Day Post-Start Check-in: Sent right at the critical one-month mark to verify contract compliance.
  • Monthly Check-in: Sent every 30 days for ongoing safety monitoring.
  • Contract Renewal Check-in: Sent 30 days before their contract expires to plan their next move.

Workers receive these messages directly on WhatsApp. They contain quick-reply buttons (like "I'm okay" or "I have a problem") making it simple for the OFW to answer, even if they are busy.
