Understand deployment dates

How deployment dates automatically trigger welfare monitoring.

Wyamate schedules welfare messages for your OFWs automatically. To make sure these messages arrive at the right time, the system uses the specific dates you enter in the worker's profile.

Key dates the system needs: - Flight Departure Date: Triggers the Pre-Departure Check-in sent 7 days before the flight. - Flight Arrival Date: Triggers the Arrival Check-in sent 12-24 hours after they land. - Employment Start Date: Controls the Day 1 Employment message, the 30-Day Post-Start check, and the ongoing Monthly Check-ins. - Contract Expiry: Prompts the Contract Renewal Check-in 30 days before the contract ends.

Accurate dates are the backbone of your automated monitoring. If a flight gets delayed or a contract starts late, simply update the date in the worker's profile, and Wyamate will adjust the message schedule automatically.
